Sean Kohnke

My name is Sean Kohnke, and I’m a Canadian action actor based between Shanghai and Vancouver, with over two decades of martial arts and on-screen combat experience. I’ve had the privilege of working across Asia and internationally on a wide range of film and television projects.

Some of my credits include:

Marston, lead villain opposite Yue Yunpeng and Chow Yun-Fat in Detective Chinatown 1900

Supporting role in The White Olive Tree alongside Zheyuan Chen and Lie Liang

Action scenes in Panda Plan with members of the Jackie Chan Stunt Team

A featured character in Operation Red Sea: Hadal

Stunt/actor roles in Marco Polo (Malaysia) and Warrior (South Africa)

I’m passionate about physically demanding roles, fight choreography, and bringing authenticity to every performance. I’m currently seeking new opportunities to collaborate with directors and casting teams across Asia and beyond.
