Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data MasterClass Studio Talent (talent.masterclass-studio.com) collects, why we collect it, who can see it, and what rights you have. It applies to visitors, to talent who apply for representation, and to casting professionals who request access to the roster. We process personal data in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).

Who we are

MasterClass Studio Talent is run by MasterClass Studio, a talent agency operated by Little Big House Co., Ltd., the data controller. Address: 6/1 Ladprao Soi 25, Junkasem, Chatuchuk, Bangkok 10900, Thailand. For any privacy question or request, email robin@masterclass-studio.com.

What we collect

Sensitive data

Ethnicity and allergy information are sensitive personal data under the PDPA. We only collect them with your explicit consent, which you give by filling in those fields. They are optional. You can leave them empty, change them, or ask us to delete them at any time without affecting your application.

Why we use it

Who can see your data

We do not sell personal data. Our website host and email provider process data on our behalf. Showreels play from YouTube or Vimeo, which apply their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your profile for as long as we represent you, or as long as your casting account is active. If we decline an application, we delete it within 90 days. When representation ends, we remove your public profile straight away and delete the remaining data within 12 months, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, payment records).

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or move it to another provider. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Email robin@masterclass-studio.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.

Minors

Applicants under 20 need consent from a parent or legal guardian, who must complete the application on their behalf.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and the site working. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, email registered members.
