Terms of Membership

These terms apply to anyone who creates an account on MasterClass Studio Talent (talent.masterclass-studio.com), either as talent or as a casting professional. By creating an account, you agree to them. The site is run by MasterClass Studio, a talent agency operated by Little Big House Co., Ltd., 6/1 Ladprao Soi 25, Junkasem, Chatuchuk, Bangkok 10900, Thailand.

Accounts and approval

• Membership is free. Every account is reviewed by our team, and we may approve or decline any application without giving a reason.
• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 20 years old, or have a parent or legal guardian create and manage the account for you.

For talent

• Your profile must be truthful and current. Update your measurements and photos when they change, and at least every 12 months.
• Upload only photos and videos you own or have permission to use, and credit photographers where required.
• You allow us to display your profile, photos and showreels on this website and to share them with clients in order to find you work. This permission ends when you leave the agency.
• Approval means we may put you forward for jobs. It does not guarantee bookings or income.
• The content boundaries you set are respected. We will not put you forward for work outside them.
• Commission, exclusivity and payment terms are set out in a separate representation agreement.

For casting professionals

• Use talent profiles only to cast genuine productions. Do not copy, scrape, resell or republish profiles, photos or contact details.
• Contact talent through our booking desk, not directly, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
• Shortlists and inquiries are not bookings. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing.

Closing an account

You can close your account at any time by emailing robin@masterclass-studio.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data afterwards.

Liability and law

We provide the website as it is and are not responsible for the content members upload. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Bangkok.
